Project Information 

Bond 2020-related renovations at Bowden Academy are complete. Upgrades under this bond program included a new gym addition with boys' and girls' locker rooms, interior and exterior gym storage, as well as two open porches. The boys' and girls' restrooms and staff spaces in the gym were also upgraded. Other interior gym renovations include fresh paint, new LED lighting, and ceiling installation.

Other bond improvements at the school include a new half basketball court; two new playgrounds with rubberized surfaces; a covered walkway to connect the Pre-k building to the main building; and natural stone seats near the play areas and near the new, extended multipurpose grass field, which has made it easier for students to play sports and other games. The campus also has new grass on the campus grounds and a new flagpole.
