Update

Work on the first part of the new academic building at Graebner Elementary School is progressing. It is expected to be completed in May 2025. Once the building is completed, the existing academic building (facing Hoover Avenue) will be demolished to make room for the second phase of the new academic building. When completed, the two new academic buildings will share an open courtyard.

In addition, the construction crew will be working this summer to renovate the building on the west side of the campus (near the parking lot) that houses the library and classrooms. The tiles have been removed from the ceiling and HVAC and electrical contractors are investigating current conditions.

Work also is underway on a new central plant, which will have the mechanical equipment needed to support the new buildings, including new boilers and new hydronic lines.
