Update

The design for Madison Elementary renovations is being reviewed due to higher-than-anticipated construction costs. The design team is currently working on reconfiguring classroom spaces to meet the state’s Educational Specification requirements. After the designs are completed, the district will hold a Design Review meeting that brings together department leaders with project architects and engineers to carefully review the design before it is finalized. Once it is finalized, it will enter the Construction Documents phase.
