The Account Look Up Feature will help our families easily find their email and phone number used to create their Avela Account.

How to Use the AVELA Lookup to Find Your Account or Request Assistance.

STEP 1: Enter parent/guardian's full name.

STEP 2: Enter at least one address. More than address might be needed if you have recently moved.

STEP 3: Click on the checkbox and solve the image CAPTCHA.

STEP 4: If there is a match to an account, a redacted version of the login (phone/email) will be shown.

STEP 5: Once the account is found, you will be directed to sign up instead of login.

NOT FINDING YOUR ACCOUNT OR NEED HELP

Your phone or email might have changed or you already have account created. Please follow the steps below for assistance.

For assistance to update your phone or email information, please contact the Office of Access, Enrollment, and Retention at 210-554-2660. You can also contact your child's campus to update the information.
