WHAT:
More than 30 Sam Houston High School JROTC cadets will serve as greeters and ushers, post and retrieve colors, do a sabre salute to the U.S. flag and stand in formation during a special ceremony honoring our military veterans. Students will also interact with the Buffalo Soldiers from the Bexar County Buffalo Soldiers Association and learn about their important part of history. Sam Houston High School is the only school invited to participate in this event.
